The visual guide has 16 colourful illustrated pictures showing the water cycle, Pacific and global climate, causes of climate change, the changing climate of Fiji, the effects of weather extremes and mitigation and adaptation in a town and in gardening, forestry and fishing. It provides an engaging and tangible way for students and community members to explore climate change in a local context and for community facilitators and teachers to deliver nationally prioritised key messages on climate change to learners. The visual guide is targeting primary and secondary school students, but the posters are designed in a way that any audience can relate to them. The visual guide is accompanied by a teacher guide (see Learning about climate change the Pacific Way - A guide for Pacific teachers – Fiji).
