Factsheets to be used with the Pacific Media and Climate Change Toolkit - Activities Manual, which aims to improve journalists' climate change reporting and interview techniques. The material will support journalists' ability to effectively communicate stories linking climate change to broader environmental issues in the Pacific.
These factsheets were developed under the The Pacific Media and Climate Change Project, which was part of the Pacific-Australia Climate Change Science Adaptation Planning (PACCSAP) programme. The project provided face-to-face training for 60 Pacific climate change practitioners on communicating climate science and adaptation knowledge and supported nearly 100 media people in reporting climate change issues.
