Report describing the importance of groundwater in Timor-Leste and how population growth and changes brought on by climate change are putting this resource at risk. The local government is taking action to ensure that there is a secure and clean water supply in the future.

This 6-page brochure is intended for decision-makers in Timor-Leste with an interest in sustainable development and water resource use.

The Australian Government's Pacific Adaptation Strategy Assistance Program (PASAP) assisted 15 partner countries to assess their vulnerability to climate change and incorporate adaptive measures into planning and development.
